Responsibilities

• Coaching the TA team on job ads, assisting with recruitment campaigns and newsletters
• Monitoring job board performance and collaborating on employer branding content
• Learning to use recruitment marketing tools like Radancy and CRM platforms

Qualifications

• Have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
• Have a passion for storytelling, branding, and digital communication
• Are proactive, organized, and excited to collaborate across teams
• Enjoy writing and have a strong eye for detail and tone
• Have an interest in talent, employer branding, and how people find meaningful work
